School has started, shoes have been emptied of sand from walks on the beach and vacation glows have been replaced with a new found energy as to what can be accomplished for the rest of the year.
A good start is always helpful; setting the tone and allowing for even more adventurous goals and dreams on our to do lists. Not only do we need supplies to fulfill our lists but rituals and good habits.
